February is the month of love, so we have created a few packages for couples, or with friends, to enjoy. For the whole of February, we are offering a package to come & stay and enjoy a meal from either our fine dining restaurant or the Stirling Brasserie menu coupled with a bottle of prosecco and petit fours. Pembrokeshire at this time of the year can be beautiful as it is in the summer. Regularly Freddie our golden cocker spaniel and myself (Andy) walk along deserted beaches or simply sit watching waves pounding against the rocks. Perhaps treat yourself to some retail therapy and then find a snug bar to discuss the days adventures. Our spa has created a valentines offer alongside all our other fantastic therapies, a quiet place to relax & be pampered and then soak away any stress in our large jacuzzi & sweat out your problems in our sauna pod before indulging in our 2 rosette, award winning Allt Yr Avon Restaurant, or Stirling Brasserie.
On Thursday 14th February we are offering a fine dining dinner that our new head chef Sebastian Smith has created to tickle your tastebuds. Sebastian with our new pastry chef Adamma who has teamed with Mike Ion our highly talented dessert chef, has come to us from a 2-rosette hotel in Basingstoke. Before that Seb was the head chef & Adamma head of pastry in a 5-star, 3 rosette, 1 Michelin star hotel Stoke Park on the edge of London, so come with huge ability & creativity, we are so excited about the future of the hotel. We have always been known for good food but I think we are going to reach new heights, so come and enjoy!
Prior to Valentine’s night, on Saturday 11th of February, Michael Bublé in the guise of James Williams is coming to serenade us with his stunning rendition of this great crooner. James is a good looking individual with a beautiful voice has travelled the world on cruise liners entertaining guests with Bublé songs. We have been amazed at what a following he has as people from England have seen him on several occasions before and booked to hear him again, we are not surprised, as james was with us a couple of years ago and his likeness with both looks & singer style was quite uncanny. We are nearly full for this night, so if you would like to come, book now to avoid disappointment, an occasion not to miss.
Having just won Wales Best Boutique Wedding Venue to add to our awards we are holding a wedding fair on the 12th March where you will be able to meet some exhibitors and talk to our wedding Co – Ordinator’s, whilst being treated to canapes & a glass of bubble. More of this to come!!
