Set in the beautiful Pembrokeshire Countryside with close proximity to all the amenities Pembrokeshire has to offer. Myself, Andy, and my wife Mandy with our Wedding Co-ordinator Lawrie Nichols and Alison Thomas who handles the administration, will guide you on your journey to your wedding day. We can help our Couples as little or as much as they need to create the perfect day, whether it be where to get the perfect flowers, what photographer to choose or what style of decoration you need for your day. Everything we do is bespoke there are no packages so one can choose exactly what one wants to suit all pockets.
We are a 4 star, 2 rosette establishment with 20 bedrooms available for your guests. We are passionate about food and our team of 8 enthusiastic chefs can design a meal that will titillate your tastebuds, whether you want simple fayre or haute cuisine, we can supply both to a high standard – food is our business.
Not only have we won best Boutique Wedding Venue in Wales, we have also recently won most romantic Hotel twice, best General Manager and best Dog Friendly Hotel we try in every department to excel and it is only through passion that we can deliver a unique experience.
We offer all our couples a free trial of dishes that they may choose for your day, if available our talented Head Chef Sebastian Smith will come & discuss the dishes you wish to try & Lowrie or Brendon or Josh the two managers will talk with you to ensure you have exactly what you want for your day. We also have recently refurbished our new wedding suite so the newly married couple can sink into a de-lux bed in opulent luxury with a stand alone bath in the bedroom, surround sound, a fire & large television.
The bride or groom can take advantage of our Boutique Spa for free ( 1 time offer) whilst enjoying the company of 3 or more of your friends. Our 3 therapists each with their own treatment room can offer a multitude of treatments to suit all tastes. The Spa ladies are all trained in make up so that the Bridal party can be made up for the wedding. Ideal if choosing to have a civil wedding in the hotel. The spa also offers a relaxation area, a sauna & a large jacuzzi, where your group of friends can relax with a glass of your favourite drink.
On Sunday March 12th between 11-4 we are holding our Wedding Showcase when we invite people , who may be part of your day, Photographers, Cake Makers, Florists etc. to come and display their goods. Also myself, My wife Mandy and our wedding co-ordinate Lowrie will be on hand to talk about your requirements for your big day whilst your are being given a taster of our food – a few canapés and a drink of your choice.
