Experience the magic of a beautifully intimate celebration with our exclusive Winter Wedding Offer, available on selected dates from January 2027 until 18th March 2027. Perfect for gatherings of 50 guests or fewer, this package combines elegance, comfort, and exceptional value, ensuring your special day is truly unforgettable.

Upon arrival, your guests will be welcomed with a sparkling drink of Pimms, Kir Royal, or Prosecco. You then have the option of three delicious canapés per person, followed by a sumptuous four-course wedding breakfast, carefully curated to delight every palate. To complete the meal, tea, coffee, and homemade fudge are served, with the option of a Prosecco toast to celebrate your union in style.

The package includes full room hire, complimentary linen tablecloths and napkins, a stunning lit backdrop, VIP carpet, cake stand and knife, along with a sweet cart (unfilled) and wooden arch to add those perfect finishing touches to your day.

“Our Wedding Coordinator Lowri was very efficient, hands on, friendly and very forth coming when discussing our ideas and vision on what would and wouldn't work. The communication was spot on and she was very prompt in replying to our emails or phone messages. On the Wedding day itself Lowri and her team ensured our order of the day ran smoothly with regards to room set ups/ turn overs, food and drink table service and guiding our guests to where they needed to be- all with a smile and in a polite manner.

Another reason for choosing Wolfscastle Hotel was the exquisite food made by their head chef Seb and the pastry chef Adama. All of our guests commented on both the taste and presentation of their different courses (they were like a work of art!). We decided to ask Adama to make our Wedding cake and chose the 3 tier option - we were absolutely thrilled when we saw our cake on the Wedding day- the detailed shells and attention to detail with our colour scheme was amazing. “I wish I could give the Wolfscastle team more than 5 starts because they are absolutely fantastic. We got married here in August and everything was perfect from start to finish. From the moment we booked, Lowri the wedding coordinator was absolutely fantastic and was more than happy to accommodate any of our needs or requests. Lowri was absolutely brilliant in keeping us updated in the run up to our big day, making sure everything ran smoothly and was planned exactly how we wanted it.

On the day itself, everything was more than perfect. Lowri was on hand straightaway to calm any nerves and ensure that guests were looked after from the moment they arrived. One of the main things we had many good reviews about was the food! Everything was absolutely delicious and all dietary requirements were catered for with ease.

People often say, “something will go wrong on your wedding day, it’s just the way it is,” but I can honestly say that absolutely nothing went wrong on our wedding day and it was everything we imagined and more. This is all down to how fantastic Lowri and the events team are at their jobs. I cannot recommend the Wolfscastle Country Hotel enough and if you’re looking for the perfect wedding venue in Pembrokeshire, look no further than this beautiful venue.

“We toured Wolfscastle Country Hotel on a stormy day with a torrential downpour. As we sat cosied inside the ceremony room with hot coffee and homemade fudge, we knew this was the perfect place for our wedding as it was still so magical despite the weather. And in classic Welsh style, it did rain on our special day, but it was still perfect!

Mandy and Lowri are the wonderful wedding coordinators. From that very first day they assured us they would help make our dream wedding a reality—and they truly delivered. Their kindness and support were consistent throughout our entire wedding journey. They are both incredibly kind and approachable. All the staff here truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and that our guests were happy.

Your dog is allowed to attend your ceremony and your reception (most couples opt to have their dog collected before the Wedding Breakfast).

Ceremonies are held in our modern Garden Room which offers a spectacular setting with views of the exquisitely manicured gardens. It is a perfect setting for your special day, whether it be an intimate occasion or a larger celebration.

It is the couple’s responsibility to make the legal arrangements for the ceremony.
