Here at the Wolfscastle Country Hotel, we offer several conference packages to suit the needs of any meeting, conference or trade show. We will work with you to create a bespoke package to make your event a success.
Conference Facilities
- The main Function Room can accommodate virtually any table arrangement to suit your needs.
- Adjoining the function room is our contemporary Garden Room with access to the beautiful landscaped hotel gardens.The Garden Room can also hold forty delegates board-room style or the ideal setting for a private business lunch.
- The Allt-yr-Afon Suite is ideal for smaller meetings and conferences. It can also be used as a syndicate room with the main function room or a private dining room.
Sealyham Suite and Garden Area
As the main function room, the Sealyham Suite and can be used for a range of gatherings, including themed nights, funeral teas, christenings, baby showers, birthdays/anniversaries, and charity nights.
The Garden Room can be booked for smaller events*, which now includes the use of an outdoor bar area for cocktails, prosecco, wine, gin or for an ice cream parlour.
Sealyham Suite and Garden Area
As the main function room, the Sealyham Suite and can be used for a range of gatherings, including themed nights, funeral teas, christenings, baby showers, birthdays/anniversaries, and charity nights.

24 Hour Delegates Package – £150pp
This includes everything above with the addition of over-night accommodation, a three-course dinner and a full Welsh breakfast.
