Here at the Wolfscastle Country Hotel we offer several conference packages to suit the needs of any meeting, conference or trade show. We will work with you to create a bespoke package to make your event a success.

  • The main Function Room can accommodate virtually any table arrangement to suit your needs.
  • Adjoining the function room is our contemporary Garden Room with access to the beautiful landscaped hotel gardens.The Garden Room can also hold forty delegates board-room style or the ideal setting for a private business lunch.
  • The Allt-yr-Afon Suite is ideal for smaller meetings and conferences. It can also be used as a syndicate room with the main function room or a private dining room.

Full Day Delegates Package – £40pp

Room hire up to 9 hours, tea/coffee and home-made biscuits on arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon
• Power Point projector, flip chart, paper, markers and pens
• Lunch – either a bar snack style lunch or buffet, coffee, teas and fudge

24 Hour Delegates Package – £150pp

This includes everything above with the addition of over-night accommodation, a three course dinner and a full Welsh breakfast.
