We are thrilled to announce that The Wolfscastle Country Hotel has been officially recognised in the prestigious Michelin Guide!
The Michelin Guide is an industry standard that lists the top fine dining destinations in its internationally respected publication. This comes not long after we were accredited the third AA Rosette for our fine dining in our Allt yr Afon restaurant, earlier this year.
We would like to thank our amazing chefs as well as all of our other front-of-house and hospitality staff who made this possible. Of course, we also wouldn’t have been able to achieve this if it weren’t for our customers for supporting our restaurant and hotel over the last 50 years.
The Michelin Guide was originally created to encourage more people to travel to different destinations in France by the same company who are renowned for its automobile tyre manufacturing. The aim was to put restaurants on the map to encourage people to make journeys to experience the very best cuisine, which would popularise driving to boost tyre sales. Fast forward over one hundred years, and this well-respected institution has transformed tourism and the catering industry around the world.
We are delighted to be part of this exclusive group, with us being one of only a few Michelin-listed restaurants in Pembrokeshire.
