Andy’s Blog- Spring 2024

We would like to thank all the people in Pembrokeshire and further afield for the support we have received over the past 48 years, in 2026 I will be celebrating 50 years of running and owning Wolfscastle Country Hotel and we are building up to a crescendo of events to celebrate this.

As the rains, hopefully, diminish and Pembrokeshire crawls into spring, we are now offering our Easter Afternoon Tea, everything made by our head pastry chef Adama, easter egg, rabbit cheesecake, raspberry chocolate pot and lots more, only available until the 8 th April, its
amazing, so do come along and have your tastebuds titillated. This week our glass cabinet arrives in reception from which we will be selling all Adama’s delights, homemade chocolate bars, petit fours and a lot more. Also our new Brasserie menu featured in our Stirling
Brasserie has been revamped to reflect the season as has our 7 course fine dining menu in our Allt yr Afon dining room, still only £75 a head, which for what you get is amazing value.

Megan, Beth and Imogen our 3 lovely spa ladies are busy with our Primrose & Orchid pamper packages, what a lovely way to treat yourself, an hour of treatments and an hour to use our sauna & jacuzzi and then £20 towards a lunch, afternoon tea or dinner option.
On the 28 th April we are holding our Wedding showcase where we show off our beautiful venue, meet some local suppliers and partake in a drink plus a couple of canapes.

Mandy my wife and Lowri our lovely wedding co-ordinator will be on hand to help and guide you through one of the best days of your life, we are here, with no obligation, to advise you about every aspect of this special day.

Saturday June 1 st from 1 o’clock we are holding a bottomless lunch when we will offer everyone a shortened lunch menu and 90 minutes of inclusive drinks!!!! Serenaded by Emma a sax player, a date for your diary.

Ladies day, a charity day which was started many years ago by Nicola Gerson, raises money for Paul Sartori and the Amani children’s home, for £28 a head we offer a full afternoon tea, entertainment by 2 of the “Sleeping Dogs” band, a glass of Pimms and our spa therapists are at hand to do a few free treatments, a raffle will also be held and a percentage of the entry tickets goes to the charities.
