The Stirling Brasserie offers contemporary dishes for all tastes in a warm modern atmosphere and is perfect for every occasion. The popular brasserie menu and cream teas are served all day, with booking advised for afternoon teas. In the evening, The Stirling Brasserie is the perfect place to enjoy pre dinner cocktails within a candlelit atmosphere so you can relax and indulge in the best of Welsh dining.
The newly refurbished Allt yr Afon Restaurant offers a relaxed fine dining experience with refined 2 rosette food in a classy timeless décor. Allt yr Afon is led by Head chef Sebastian Smith with a focus on creating delicious dishes using the highest quality ingredients. The warm copper lighting, glowing fireplace and luxurious atmosphere of this dining experience will ensure it will be both memorable and idyllic.

Stirling Brasserie

Our relaxed brasserie offers warm casual dining perfect for special occasions, It is the place to enjoy good times and exceptional contemporary food with friends and family and is open to residents and non-residents for all day dining, including our sensational Sunday Roasts and Stirling Afternoon teas. Stirling Brasserie is open 7 days a week and offers a great choice of contemporary dishes for all tastes.

Fine dining – Allt yr Afon Restaurant
Served Wednesday to Saturday 6-9pm
With its timeless atmosphere and copper, warm lighting, our 2 AA Rosette Allt yr Afon restaurant is the perfect space to switch off and indulge yourself, with a relaxed fine-dining experience. Our recently refurbished restaurant serving refine cuisine is open four nights of the week to both residents and non– residents, Wednesday to Saturday. Tables of 6 maximum.
Stirling Afternoon Tea
Served Monday to Saturday 1-5pm, Sundays 3-5pm
Treat yourself to a Stirling Afternoon Tea in our two AA Rosette Brasserie or Allt yr Afon Restaurant. Indulge in Artisan sandwiches, warm homemade scones, and a selection of delicious homemade cakes and patisserie. Choose from a selection of teas, coffees and add on a glass of bubbly.

Sunday Lunch
Served Sundays 12-3pm
Enjoy a delicious Roast Dinner in our contemporary Stirling Brasserie or newly refurbished Allt yr Afon Restaurant. Choose from a meat roast, delicious vegetarian or fish option. All dishes are cooked to perfection and served from 12-3pm every Sunday.

Steak & Wine Night
Served Every Thursday 6-9pm
Our Wolfscastle Steak night is back for everyone to enjoy. Choose from Sirloin or Rump steak including a drink for only £25. Our Chateau Briand will also be available to share for £50. Enjoy these deliciously cooked steaks with triple cooked chips, sauteed wild mushrooms, grilled cherry vine tomatoes and choice of one of these tasty sauces – Bearnaise, Red Wine Jus, Peppercorn or Blue Cheese)
