You’re able to book a table for our special Valentines evening on the 12th, 13th and 14th of February, but spaces are going quickly so please contact us promptly to secure your night of 6-course luxury ….
You can expect delectable entrée’s including pork bon-bons, ham hock terrine or our beetroot & ricotta ravioli to get your taste buds tingling.
Following on from the canapés and starters, you will be presented with an expertly finished fish course choosing from:
- Smoked langoustine thermidor
- Potted crab, lemon aioli, walnut toast, laver bread
Both of which use carefully sourced ingredients to ensure the very best dining experience for you and your valentine.
A refreshing sorbet cleanses the palette before we present our mains with the usual Wolsfcastle flair, with a choice of:
- Cannon of lamb, lamb faggot, dauphinoise potato, carrot puree, tenderstem broccoli, rosemary jus
- Chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese & spinach, tarragon cream sauce, olive oil mash, tenderstem broccoli, sauteed cabbage
- Wild mushroom risotto, parmesan shavings, rocket (v)
To bring your intimate dining experience to a close we have two beautiful indulgent sweets to choose from, both of which will round off your culinary experience to a luscious close.
- Apple tart tatin, homemade cardamon ice cream
- Chocolate fondant
We’re also able to cater for any dietary requirements (please let us know in advance if possible), ensuring everyone can have a magical time with us!
Our set meal is just £49pp and we’re also offering 20% discounted accommodation for those that wish to retreat to our beautiful accommodation after your meal on Sunday 13th of February.
